Who We Are

Who are the Engineers Without Borders?  We are a dedicated group of volunteers who make change in the world by working with developing communities to meet their basic needs. By combining technical skill and knowledge with compassionate outreach, we are making a difference wherever we go!

Check out our Mexico and Peru team updates from summer 2015, this article featuring Team Mexico’s projects, and our club’s year-end 2014 newsletter to see what the USU chapter has been up to.  Want to get involved?  Attend a team meeting this summer:

  • Mexico team meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:15 pm in EL221
  • Peru team meets Thursdays at 6 pm in ENGR 206
  • Domestic projects team meetings are TBA

Our vision is a world in which communities have the capacity to sustainably meet their basic human needs, and that our members will have have enriched global perspectives through the innovative, professional, and educational opportunities that the EWB-USA program provides.

Our Mission

EWB-USA supports worldwide, community-driven development programs by collaborating with local partners to design and implement sustainable engineering projects, while creating transformative experiences and responsible leaders.
